59 products left, but today Beatmatch
Hi friend 👋,
My music career started off a little bleak. My organ teacher died shortly after my second class with him. Because I had no personal relationship with him, I was unaffected. May he rest in peace. After a few years, I began taking guitar lessons. It made me happy when I got the guitar, but it was always difficult for me to utilize barre chords because my fingers aren't very strong. I still tried. I was thinking that if I could play the guitar, I could become a rock star at our school. And if I become a rock star, the girl in the next class will undoubtedly want to date me. Math was always my strong suit.
Jokes aside, I'm half deaf; my left ear simply does not function. Is it completely, a hundred percent deaf? Yes, it is a hundred percent deaf. I'm not sure why, but whenever this topic comes up, everyone is fascinated about the percentage. It has no effect on my daily life, but I can't figure out where the sound is coming from. It's like wearing a mono-earphone all the time. Even though I enjoy music, I couldn't perform it or play any instrument naturally. Yes, I know you started thinking about Beethoven, but come on... So I eventually quit up. I still have my guitar and a decent old harmonica at home, but I believe the only reason I keep them is to feel guilty. And yes, they do look cool.
What we consume reveals a lot about who we are, and what we listen to can also reveal a lot about who we are. And the music is a terrific way to start a conversation. I always carry my favorite songs in my mind with memories; Sandi Thom's "I wish I was a punk rocker" song reminds me of my years in theatre, or "Comfortably Numb" brings back memories of when I was fresh out of college. Songs are an intriguing communication instrument that represent your history. Today's product takes use of this.
Today, Beatmatch is our product.
Beatmatch is a dating app, and I've never used one. It makes me feel weird and needy to use a dating app, but that's an other story. I was immediately drawn to the concept of Beatmatch. I believe that being skilled at conversation starters and small talk is essential when meeting with someone. It is immediately provided by the app. When you first use it, it prompts you to add three songs as answers to questions on your profile. The questions range from "Every Sunday morning I listen to:" to "This song makes me feel at home:". It's also a fun way of discovering new songs.
I know what you're thinking right now. No, I never dated anyone from Beatmatch. It is not used where I reside. But what if your region is different? Give it a try.
We’ll talk again tomorrow.
