97 products left, but today Leave Me Alone
Hi friend 👋,
I'm new to this, you know. This is the first newsletter I've ever made. My first time making a public commitment.
I have no idea who you are. Okay, I know who some of you are. Still, it's strange for a newbie to promote an un-subscription tool in the third email. This is, indeed, me. Those who know me also know that some aspects of me are self-destructive in some ways. I usually use it to help me grow and become a better version of myself.
Today, Leave Me Alone is our product.
As a self-proclaimed "geek," I've signed up for over 30 different email newsletters. Even though I always go to bed with a blank inbox, when I woke up there were fifty new messages waiting for me. And as part of my daily ritual, I always begin by clearing out my inbox. First, filter out the spam, and then go through Storyly daily reports, checking them one by one. Then I began reading newsletters. The number of cited URLs is in the tens. Then, I populate my browser tabs with all the potential-of-interest-to-me articles that have been cited. When I'm done cleaning, I switch to tab-cleaning. It's effective for the majority of weekdays, but if I fail to clean on a given day, I'm screwed. The following day begins with over a hundred emails… Another small step on the road to an emotional breakdown.
That's the kind of day I discovered LMA. In the free version, you can opt out of any unwanted subscriptions. Rollups, on the other hand, allow you to compile many newsletters into a single email. So, if you see three emails instead of fifty, you could say, "Shut up and take my money!"
FOMO and curiosity are evil twins. I recall my first visit to our high school library. I was both fortunate and unlucky. I was amazed at the number of things I could learn, and I was afraid of not having that time to learn. We need help organizing the steps we'd take. LMA does it flawlessly.
We'll talk again tomorrow!
