Hey, loved reading this! I've been using draw.io (or diagrams.net now!) for ages too - it's seriously the best free diagramming tool out there. Their domain switch story is wild, makes you respect the team even more. Wonder if they have a mermaid viewer plugin? That'd be super handy for my workflow. Anyway, great recommendation, totally agree everyone should try this tool!
